Apologies for how awful this may sound but there have been several occasions of people turning up with their bunnies without notice at 6am and also late in the evening after 9pm. What happened to good polite manners? WE ARE VERY FLEXIBLE WITH TIMING SO LONG AS AN APPOINTMENT IS MADE FIRST.

We at  S.A. RABBIT RESCUE offer a grooming service to get your beautiful bunny back into top form

 

  • A natural relaxation elixir is used to relax bunny for the session.
  • If bathing is necessary an extra cost is incurred of $10.00.
  • Prices Start from $30.00 mild matting to $100.00 for severe matting, most prices are given on sighting of the bunny beauty. 

 

LONG HAIR BREEDS

  • Our many hours of grooming Angoras, Cashmere Lops and Jersey Woolly long haired rabbits has given us the experience to get your bunny back in to the beautiful bunny list.
  • Not only can we brush and comb 3 degree matting out, but we also clip and shave too, to rid your bunny of months of neglect and make it look and feel like a happy bunny should.
  • Nails are trimmed and teeth checked, ears are cleaned and a worming, flea, mite and lice treatment given to make sure that bunny has no nasties left to bother it and to complete the bunny beautification. 

SHORT HAIR BREEDS

  • Short hair breeds are generally easy for everyone to groom at home but in some cases after bunny illness or neglect of certain areas bunny may need a spruce up.
  • We offer a $30.00 spruce up treatment which includes a bath, crutch shave for dirty bunny bums, nail trimming, ear cleaning plus worming, flea, lice and mite treatment to pep up your bunny buddy. 

 

 

 

 

NAIL TRIMMING SERVICE

 

Unfortunately due to the demand placed upon our previously free nail trimming service and our busy schedule, we can no longer provide this service for free.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

BUT

We are still offering nail trimming and for a very reasonable price of $5.00 per bunny.

 

 

IVOMECTIN WORMING, FLEA, LICE AND MITE TREATMENT by appointment.

$5.00 per bunny 2 treatments 10 days apart required.

 

Please remember: appointments are essential and quotes for treatments will be given once bunny has been sighted by staff.
